How to become a Canam4x4 merchant?

To become a reseller of our products, you must be a registered merchant with a valid business number and operate in a field related to truck and Jeep accessories. It is also required to operate from a physical commercial establishment (brick and mortar).

What is the delivery time for orders?

For orders placed before 3:30 PM, in-stock products are shipped the same day. Temporarily out-of-stock items are usually delivered within 5 to 10 days, subject to availability from the manufacturer.

How to initiate a return for stock items?

At Canam4x4, we recommend contacting our customer service before initiating a return. Please reach out to us by phone or email to obtain a return authorization number. We can also arrange for our carrier to pick up the merchandise, although shipping costs are not covered.

Products must be in their original packaging and in good condition. A 20% restocking fee applies. Please note that no returns are accepted for imported or special order parts. Canam4x4 reserves the right to refuse stock returns.

How to file a warranty claim?

The warranty on the products we sell varies from one manufacturer to another. In some cases, Canam4x4 may handle the claim for you; in others, the customer will need to contact the manufacturer directly to submit their request.

Please note that some manufacturers do not offer refunds but only replacement parts. Therefore, it is important to submit your claim before ordering parts.

Canam4x4 does not cover labor costs or losses incurred due to the failure or defect of the parts.

My password is not working, what should I do?

For security reasons, we do not have access to your password. You can use the "Forgot Password" feature on our website to create a new one. If needed, our team can also reset your password upon request.
