Warranty Request

All our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, with the duration varying depending on the product. For specific details, please contact our sales team.
In most cases, we can submit the warranty claim to the manufacturer on your behalf. Replacement parts are typically provided at no cost and shipped as quickly as possible. Please note that some manufacturers require the return of defective parts.

  • The invoice number

  • A description of the defect
  • Relevant photos clearly showing the issue

Stock Return

Since most of our products are imported, stock returns are often limited and may incur significant costs. However, items from our regular inventory stored in Québec can generally be returned, subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return conditions:

  • Items must be in new condition, never installed, and in their original packaging.

We strongly recommend collecting deposits from your clients to minimize risks.
